In addtion to the above standard products, other nitride membrane window configurations are available upon request. Norcada also provides custom fabrication to meet our customer’s specific requirements. Such fabrication services include non-standard sizes, thinner membranes, multi-window arrays, and windows with patterned electrodes. Please contact us if you require custom fabrication.
Norcada's Product Warranty:
Norcada warrants the quality of its silicon nitride membrane windows, and will replace any device that is broken during shipment or deemed to be unusable due to fabrication defects within 90 days of purchase. Please contact us for further information.
