Standard Nitride Membrane Windows for TEM:
Our standard TEM windows have a single square window (0.25x0.25mm or 0.50x0.50mm) centered on a 200um thickness silicon frame. The TEM window frames are octagon shaped and fit inside a 3mm diameter circle. The silicon nitride membrane is low stress (250MPa) and very robust. All of our TEM windows are packaged in our standard 50-pocket cartridge which is convenient for shipping and storage.

Multi-Window Array for TEM Analysis:
The multi-window array has 9 evenly spaced square windows (a 3x3 array) centerd on a 200um thick octagon shaped silicon frame that fits inside a 3mm diameter circle. The multi-window array allows the users to carry out several tests on the same TEM window device.

Norcada's Product Warranty:
Norcada warrants the quality of its silicon nitride membrane windows, and will replace any device that is broken during shipment or deemed to be unusable due to fabrication defects within 90 days of purchase. Please contact us for further information.
